Dear ladies and gentlemen!
On behalf of the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of nature resources I welcome the participants and organizers of the XI Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI century”.
The Russian Fuel and Energy Complex is one of the world's largest manufacturers of mineral raw materials.
Modernization problems of the Fuel and Energy Complex including the aspects of investment, innovative developments and advanced technologies can be solved in the conditions of cooperation and consolidation of the scientific expert community, business and government efforts.
I think that the XI Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI century” is a good platform for the exchange of opinions on modernization and innovative development issues of the Fuel and Energy Complex of the Russian Federation, as well as on the issues of environmental security, protection and the state policy of Russia in the sphere of natural resources.
