Organizing the Moscow International Energy Forum and Exhibition «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century» is the main activity of «The Institute of Problems of Regional Development» Ltd. and «Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century» Ltd. Being the operators of the Forum these companies perform the following functions during the preparation of the event: Developing the Forum Program and the themes of working sessions; Forming the Organizing Committee and the agenda; Inviting key speakers with actual topics according to the sessions themes; Forming of the list of participants; Developing the Forum materials and official documents; Concluding a lease of premises for activities of the Forum; Providing technical support to the Forum, making contracts with outside organizations that provide services related to technical preparation activities; Attracting participants, advertising and providing informational support to the Forum; Forming of the event budget by raising funds from registration fees of the Forum participants, exhibitors and sponsors of the event.
