Participation Terms

Aplication for Participation in the Exhibition

To apply for the participation in the Exhibition please send your inquiry to the working group of the Forum Organizing committe till April 7, 2015. You can do it in two ways:

1. Register on-line at the web-site www.mief-tek.com

2. Download Application Form in MS Word at the web-site www.mief-tek.com, then fill it in and send via email info@mief-tek.com or fax 007 (495) 664-24-18.

A participant guarantees and is responsible for the rightness of the information given in the Aplication Form.

Registration fee for an exhibitor - 575 EUR
Exhibitor's registration fee covers:

• A file with Forum participant's documents;
• Company information layout in the official catalogue of the Forum;
• Registration of 3 exhibitor's representatives for working at stand;
• 10 invitations for exhibitor's partners;
• Participation of 1 exhibitor's representative at the Welcome Reception.

Registration fee for exhibiting at collective stand is paid for each exhibitor according to Application Form sent to the Working Group of the Forum Organizing.

The rent of an equipped standard stand (1 sq. m.) - 520 EUR
This form of participation covers:

• The exposition place at the exhibition «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century» in «Expocentre»;
• The construction of a standard stand with the standard equipment (please see variants of standard stands here);
• General and individual lighting;
• General security of the exhibition both in daytime and at night;
• Cleaning of the exhibition territory and passageways.

The rent of an unequipped exhibition area (1 sq. m.) - 435 EUR
ELECTRICITY CONNECTION IS EXCLUDED
This form of participation covers:

• The exposition place at the exhibition «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century» in «Expocentre»;
• General and individual lighting;
• General security of the exhibition both in daytime and at night;
• Cleaning of the exhibition territory and passageways.

Dates and venue

Terms of Discounting, Replacement of Participants and Cancellation of Participation

 When registering 3 or more exhibitors at the collective stand 10% discount for every exhibitor will be provided.

The replacement of a participant is allowed only before April 7, 2015. In case of cancellation before April 7, 2015 the administrative charge of 30% from the registration fee will be deducted. The fee is not refundable in case of cancellation of the Exhibitor’s participation after April 7, 2015.

The replacement or the cancellation of the participation is confirmed only by the written notification to the Working Group of the Organizing Committee.
