Forms of Participation and Registration Fees

Participation cost – 2370 EUR
Participant's registration fee covers:

• Participation in the Plenary discussion;
• Participation in conferences and “round tables” talkings;
• Simultaneous interpretation service of official languages (Russian/English);
• A file with Forum participant’s documents;
• The provision of opportunity to deliver the report (in coordination with the Organizing Committee of the Forum);
• Business lunch;
• Welcome reception;
• Coffee-breaks;
• Company information layout in the official catalogue of the Forum.

Outcome materials of the Forum – 310 EUR

To register for participation in the program of the Forum send an application to the Working Group of the Organizing Committee of the Forum till April 17, 2021. You can do this in two ways:

2. Download MS Word application form from www.mief-tek.com, fill it out and send via e-mail info@mief-tek.com or fax 007 495 664 2418.

Conditions of Discounting, Replacement of Participant and Cancellation of Forum Participation

10% discount per a participant for 2 and more participants from 1 firm/organization.

50% discount per participant to the companies-exhibitors of «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century» Exhibition.

Replacement of the participant is allowed not later than April 17, 2021. Administrative penalty at a rate of 30% of registration fee will be deducted in case of cancellation of participation before April 10, 2021. No refund in case of cancellation of participation after April 15, 2021.

Replacement or cancellation of participation must be confirmed only by written notification addressed to the Working Group of the Forum Organizing committee.
