Dear organizers, participants and guests of
the XI Moscow International Energy Forum
«Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century»!
On behalf of the Government of the Yaroslavl region I am glad to welcome you. For more than 10 years of its existence MIEF has become the widely known discussion platform, on which the Russian and international energy community are discussed the most topical issues of energy development and state policy in the field of energy efficiency and energy security.
The great interest of the representatives of the regions to the Program of the current year provoke the discussions devoted to the issues of the regional energy, such as the heat supply of territories, the attraction of investments in the modernization of the technological infrastructure, prospects of development of electric transport in Russia.
I am sure that in the course of operation of round tables and special sessions of the Forum will be worked out recommendations, implementation of which will help to solve the problems, existing in contemporary energy, and will outline the ways of the further effective development of the Fuel and Energy Complex.
I wish all participants and organizers of the Forum the fruitful and successful work!
