I welcome the participants of the XI Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century”!
The Organizing Committee of the Forum has done everything possible to create an atmosphere of creative and interested discussion of the most topical energy issues. This year all participants and guests of the Forum will be on vast and diverse program, aimed at the discussion, both internal and external aspects of the development of the Fuel and Energy Complex of Russia, which is dictated by the necessity to keep pace with rapidly changing world energy, the need to find adequate responses to the challenges offered by the latest trends in the development of the economy and society as a whole.
I am confident that the exceptional, according to their professional qualification, the composition of participants of the Forum, in the course of discussions, be able to find approaches to the solutions of the key problems of modern power engineering, and offer appropriate recommendations to the Federal authorities, which, for its part, implement them in new legislative and regulatory acts.
I wish all the participants of the Forum fruitful work and new promising projects!
