Dear participants of the XI Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century”!
The forum, existing already for the second decade, continues to evolve and change. This is inevitable, because it is changing the world around us, there are unprecedented technology and entire branches of the economy. The face of energy power is rapidly changing as the requirements to it. All this not only does not decrease, but increases the need of the society in the discussion of new problems and the search of ways of their decision, and, thus, the need of events, such as MIEF.
I am deeply convinced that our Forum is once again able to prove that is on the cusp of the most burning problems connected with the Russian fuel and energy industry and the economy as a whole. In the course of the Forum, no doubt, will be held a lot of interesting fruitful discussions, will be worked out the final documents containing worthy of attention of Federal authorities recommendations, the realization of which will allow to raise efficiency of the Russian fuel and energy complex.
I wish the participants and exhibitors of the forum more useful new meetings, interesting projects, health and well-being!
