 On behalf of Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry I welcome participants and guests of the X Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century», and congratulate colleagues in the Organizational Committee, Program Committee, and directorate of the forum with the 10th jubilee!
Today Moscow International Energy Forum is one of central public-expert speculative sites, where there are discussed strategic aspects of development of Russian and world power-engineering. The forum successfully develops as an international expert-public project, in which leading international energy organizations and experts from all over the world take part.
The Chamber of Commerce backs up the main purpose of the forum – discussion of world energy problems preventing steady development of power-engineering, and definition of strategy to support the role of Russia in this important international process.
We consider that evaluations, predictions and suggestions aimed at correcting energy strategies and expressed at the forum, will be determinate while selecting the future of the world power engineering.
I wish to all participants of the forum creative work, fruitful discussions and success in realizing of good-hearted undertakings.
