On behalf of the large team of the National Research Institute «Moscow Power Engineering Institute», I congratulate the Organizing Committee and participants on the tenth anniversary of the Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century».
I am glad to see that our country has got another successful specialized platform for professional power engineers as well as businessmen and officials to discuss the goals of the fuel and energy complex.
While the importance of the fuel and energy complex as a basic sector of the national economy tends to grow greatly, the Forum offers a real opportunity to evaluate the results obtained and contemplate the prospects of the industry by means of public discussion.
I am certain that the Forum will remain effective and the found solutions will strengthen the economy of Russia.
