 Dear participants of the forum!
On behalf of Academic board of Russian Academy of Sciences on systemic problems of energetics and Energy Research Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences I would like to congratulate Organizing Committee, participants and guests with opening of International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century».
Holding a Forum will facilitate the integration and co-ordination of efforts for implementation of energy strategy and effective ways of development of branches of the fuel and energy complex, estimation of the potential of Russian industry and science, interaction and expansion of sectorial, intersectorial and international cooperation.
I am sure that ideas outspoken within the Forum will significantly contribute in theory and practical work of management of development of fuel and energy complex an the national, regional and global levels.
