Dear colleagues,
 The Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation would like to congratulate the Organizing Committee, Program Committee and Directorate of the Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the 21st Century” (MIEF) with the 10th anniversary of the Forum!
Today, the MIEF is well known as one of the central social and expert debating platforms, where strategic aspects for the development of the Russian and global energy are discussed. Over the last 10 years, the Forum has been held annually, and due to the hard wok of organizers and partners, it has demonstrated good dynamics and growth of intellectual potential.
The success of such a major social project initiated by you 10 years ago is a result of constructive and motivated cooperation between the expert community, authorities and business. It is also a good example of participation of the civil society in solving key challenges of the national socioeconomic life.
