Pavel Oderov was born in June 1979 in the town of Elektrostal, the Moscow Region. In 2000, he graduated from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas with the «Economics» specialization; in 2002 – with the «Management» specialization. In 2002–2007, he worked at CJSC «LUKOIL-Neftekhim». From 2002 to 2004: specialist, later – Leading Specialist of the Marketing Office of the Company Development Directorate. In 2004, he headed the Department for Future Projects and Economic Analysis; from 2006, he held the office of Deputy Head of the Marketing Office – Department Head at the Development Directorate.
From 2007 to 2009: Head of the Asset Management Department of LLC «Gazprom Export», Head of the Department for Business Development in Europe of LLC «Gazprom Export».
From 2009: Deputy Head of Department – Head of the Office of International Infrastructural Projects of the Department for External Economic Activity at OJSC «Gazprom».
Stanislav Tsygankov was released from the office of Head of the External Activity Department of OJSC «Gazprom» because of his appointment on the post of Director General of OJSC «Severneftegazprom».
