Ilma LLC will act as co-organizer and a general partner of the “round table” on the “Problems of Development of Power-Plant Engineering and Services in Fuel and Energy Industries in the Context of a New Law on Industrial Policy”, scheduled within the XIII Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century”.
Nikolay Ryzhkov, a member of the Council of the Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, the President of the Forum “Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century”, is invited as a moderator of the event.
The leaders and technical specialists of the industrial enterprises of various fuel and energy industries, manufacturers and suppliers of thermal and mechanical equipment, the experts of design institutes, and the representatives of professional associations and trade press are invited as participants and speakers at the “round table”.
The participants of the round table will discuss the prospects of development of domestic power engineering industry and services market in fuel and energy complex in the context of the measures of state support for the industry, provided in the new draft law “On Industrial Policy in the Russian Federation.”
One of the main problems of the Russian power engineering industry is a significant scientific, technical and technological dependence of fuel and energy industries on supplies of imported technology and equipment. The share of imported primary equipment when equipping refineries, petrochemical and power generation enterprises, as well as in the segment of production of unconventional hydrocarbons is over 70%. Major investment projects in fuel and energy industries are implemented with critical participation of the international service companies. To effectively solve this problem, powerful domestic potential of science and industry shall be involved in order for innovative development of power engineering industry to ensure international competitiveness and high energy efficiency of domestic technologies, equipment and materials.
