The Organizing Committee of the Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century” made changes to the draft program of activities of the XIII Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century”.
At the initiative of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation, in the draft program of the Forum is included the “round table” “Improvement of the state policy in the field of reproduction and use of the raw material base of oil and gas”, which will be organized with the support of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation and held within the framework of the Forum on April 22, 2015. The participants of the “round table” will discuss the opportunities of the state support for the transition process of the oil-and-gas service industry from the imported equipment to the Russian high-tech analogs, including the issues of preferential taxation, concessional lending, the development of other mechanisms of sustainable financing of the production processes of the oil-and-gas service companies and enterprises of mechanical engineering and instrumentation for the oil and gas industry. Also will be given attention to the stimulation of the innovative technologies in oil and gas extraction and consideration of the perspectives of development of hard to recover reserves of oil and gas resources, primarily – located in the regions with the developed production and transport infrastructure.
