On December 24, 2014 at the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation chaired by the President of the Forum “Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century”, the Member of the Council of the Federation Committee on the Federal Structure, Regional Policies, Local Self-Governance and Affairs of the North N.I. Ryzhkov was held the meeting of the Working Group of the Organizing Committee of the XIII Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century”, in the framework of which were discussed the proposals of the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Environment of the Russian Federation to amend the draft program of the Forum, the possible format of participation of the OJSC NK Rosneft in the activities of the business program of the Forum, the proposals to the saturation of the Forum agenda with the actual topics primarily related to the implementation of the strategy of import substitution in the Russian economy.
Following the meeting, to the Executive Directorate of the XIII Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century” were given the instructions to finalize the draft program of the Forum.
