Dear colleagues!
On behalf of the Organizing Committee, the Program Committee and the Executive Directorate of the Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century”, I congratulate the power engineers, as well as all those who threw in his lot with energy and their family members, and all those who as obliges interacting with the enterprises of this key sector for the economy of Russia, and all those who just uses the electric power in a daily life, happy Power Engineer’s Day and upcoming New Year 2015!
In today’s global energy, Russia plays one of the major roles, and we are confident that no difficulties, sanctions, market diversions will not sway her positions, especially if the leadership of the country will persistently implement the strategy of adaptation to external pressure – both economic and political, the strategy of diversification of external energy relations, the strategy of technological modernization and improvement of competitiveness of the energy industry.
Such an approach is fully possible only based on the upgraded Energy Strategy of Russia – the document, based on the long-term forecasts of global energy development and serving as a base for making major investment decisions, by both the government and the business.
In connection with the Power Engineer’s Day I would like to express my deep appreciation to the Partners and the Participants of the Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century” for their selfless work, dedication to the chosen profession, great contribution to our joint public project. I want to assure you, dear colleagues, that the Organizing Committee of the Forum “Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century” will always support your initiatives aimed at the development of our project, and in general – at the facilitation of resolving the strategic objectives for the development of the national economy and energy.
The year 2014 was not very easy for Russia, but we optimistically and confidentially looking into the next year 2015, which besides the artificially created obstacles can be a turning point for the growth of our industry and economy based on the most advanced technologies.
Let me once again congratulate all of you with the Power Engineer’s Day and New Year and wish you new professional achievements, prosperity and health!
