The questions of creating and improving the development schemes of the communal energy and the energy infrastructure in the Regions, the experience of implementation of the Federal Law nr.261 “On energy saving and improving the energy efficiency” will be considered by the roundtable participants “Energy efficiency and conservation in the communal energy infrastructure: problems and solutions”, which is planned in the framework of the business program of the XIII Moscow International Energy Forum “Russia Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century”.
The participants of the round table will also discuss the status and the development prospects of the energy and resource conservation in the housing and communal complex of Russia, the experience and the prospects for the introduction of social norms of electricity consumption in the Regions of Russia, the reduction of the tariff burden on consumers of the housing and communal services.
The round table will be held on April 21, 2015 at the premises of the Moscow Gostiny Dvor (Ilyinka St. 4).
