The Deputy Chairman of the Government - the Minister of Construction, Housing and Public Complex and Transport of the Ulyanovsk Region Aleksandr Vasilyevich Bukin officially reported to the Organizing Committee of the Forum on the participation of the representatives of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Public Complex and Transport of the Ulyanovsk Region in the work of the forthcoming XIII Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century”, including: the Deputy Minister – the Director of the Department of Housing and Public Complex Sergey Leonidovich Noskov, the Director of the Department of Fuel and Energy Complex Aleksey Viktorovich Shmyrev, the Director of the Regional State Government Institution Fund of Assistance to Reforming Housing and Communal Services and Energy Efficiency of the Ulyanovsk Region Sergey Valeryevich Shepelev.
