The Minister of Industry and Energy of the Rostov Region Mikhail Mikhaylovich Tikhonov officially reported to the Organizing Committee of the Forum on the participation of the Deputy Minister of Industry and Energy, the Head of the Department of Energy and Companies of Oil and Gas Complex of the Rostov Region Yevgeniy Vitalyevich Prusov in the work of the forthcoming XIII Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century”.
