Orel officially reported to the Organizing Committee of the XIII Moscow International Energy Forum “Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century” on the consent of inclusion of the Minister of Natural Resources and the Environment of the Russian Federation Sergey Yefimovich Donskoy in the Committee of the Forum.
