The MIEF-2011 Program Has Been Added with a New Event –the Round Table «Production Modernization in the Power Industry: Problems and Solutions»

With due consideration of the recommendations from the Program Committee and «Enel OGK-5», a Partner of the Forum, and taking into account of the topicality of the modernization and increase of efficiency and reliability of the engineering production facilities in the power sector, the MIEF-2011 Organizing Committee has decided on conducting the Round Table «Production Modernization in the Power Industry: Problems and Solutions» within the Forum. The Round Table will regard scientific and technological aspects, key principles and priorities of the technical policies conducted by the generating companies leading the sector. The chief engineers of wholesale generating companies (OGKs), and territorial generating companies, and largest state district power stations, and research organizations, and contracting agencies, will discuss the best practices and tackle the problems concerning the technical reconstruction of the existing power stations and the construction of new ones. The Round Table will be hosted by Viktor Shchedrolyubov, Chief Engineer of «Enel OGK-5».

The MIEF-2011 Organizing Committee invites technical specialists of the sector and all persons concerned to take part in the Round Table. The Round Table will be held on April 8, 2011 in the Big Hall of CEH  «Manege» from 9.00 till 11.00.
