The Organizing Committee of the Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century» has agreed the date and place of the upcoming Forum.
All the events of the Forum «Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century» are planned for the period 20-22 April 2015 in Moscow, in Gostiny Dvor building (Ilyinka street, 4).
The Organizing and Program Committees of the Forum suggested the priority theme of the XIII Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel & Energy Complex in the XXI Century» as: «Structure modernization of the national economics: new role of the Russian Fuel & Energy Complex».
Within the recent period, between the business and science-expert communities the necessity of renewed institutional conditions for high-technological innovative national economics is widely discussed. A wide range of important strategic programs viewing technological breakout and crucial increase of international competitiveness over the next few decades, are accepted on the government level.
Solution of this task supposes the rethinking and renewal of the existing strategic conceptions aimed at decrease of technological backwardness’ level and resource based economy to export structure quality changes, with growing share of high-technological production.
One of the sectors, which are able to provide the demand in high technologies and stimulate innovative economic activity, is the fuel & energy complex. Today, the Russian fuel & energy complex has sufficient finance, resource and science-technical potential, but without any conditions for its full-scale realization.
In this connection, there is an urgent need for the ways of national energetic reforms’ discussion and creation of conditions aimed at synergy association of the nature and human resources, as well as the new technologies and innovative modernization of the recycling sectors of economy’ stimulating.
