In the first day of the Forum operation, the Welcome Ceremony and greetings announcement to the participants and guests has taken place.
The Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly S.E. Naryshkin has forwarded his greetings to the organizers, participants and guests of the XII Moscow International energetic Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in XXI Century». In his welcome speech addressed to the participants and guests of the Forum, Sergey Evgenievich stressed that within the last several years, the Forum became a serious debating platform for the leading experts of the largest energetic companies, science enterprises and profile non-government organizations.
Sergey Evgenievich Naryshkin expressed confidence, that professional discussion held in the frames of the XII Moscow International energetic Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in XXI Century» will stimulate the innovative technologies and investments attraction process into the Russian Fuel and Energy Complex.
The greeting speech of the Chairman of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly S.E. Naryshkin was announced in the Opening Ceremony of the XII Moscow International energetic Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in XXI Century» by Yury Alezandrovich Lipatov, the First Deputy of the Chairman of the Energetic Committee of the State Duma.
