The third session of the MIEF Program Committee took place in Moscow

On 16 March, the third session of the Program Committee of the Moscow International Energy Forum (MIEF) «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century» took place at the Institute of Oil and Gas Problems of RAS in Moscow.
The session was participated by:

The participants of the sessions heard a report on forming the Forum program presented by A.P. Epishov, Executive Secretary of the Program Committee. The Committee members, responsible for conducting international conferences within the Forum, informed the Committee about the progress. Special attention was paid to the participation in the Forum of representatives of the biggest international organizations working in the energy sector. The session approved a personal list of the experts to participate in the plenary discussion.
A. N. Dmitrievskiy, A. A. Makarov, V. V. Bushuyev, V. I. Salygin, A. P. Epishov, O. V. Lebedeva spoke during the discussion.
It was decided to recommend the Forum Organizing Committee to regard a possibility of enlarging a number of international conferences by changing their formats and including round tables of akin subjects in their programs. The suggestion was aimed at increasing the effectiveness of the conferences and finding an event participation format that would be more convenient for the key reporters.
