The Senior Analyst of Moscow International Energy Forum «Fuel and energy complex of Russia in XXI Century» Alexander Epishov will take part as a Moderator of the Forum Plenary discussion covering the questions of renewal of the Russian energetic strategy.
The name of the session itself «Renovation of the energy strategy of Russia until 2035: can it become competitive, based on outdated values?» gives us the vector of discussion, aimed at definition and discussion of the new factors and valuable guiding lines for development of a renewed prospective strategy of competitiveness national fuel and energy complex’ increasing.
Considering the specifics of moderator’ role Alexander Epishov will not participate in discussion as a speaker. At the same time, within the last days of Forum’ preparation he holds many working meetings with the purpose of organize alive and interesting discussion about ways of the key energetic problems’ solution. The Presentation «Renewal of the Russian Energy Strategy in the movement of the energetic reality» reflects the view of the author to the role and place of energetic within the modern world development, and new relations, showing us the modern reality of the world and Russian economy and energy.
Considering that Program Committee has confirmed the name of the session, proposed to the Senior Analyst, the author would like to express what he means under the expression «outdated values». The presentation, at some extend connected to the project of Final Results’ Declaration, has been prepared by the Group under Mr. Epishov’ management.
The Analytic Service and Program Committee of the Forum hope that this Presentation will be of a great interest not only for speaker of the Forum, but to all the participants of the Forum.
