Minister of construction and housing and communal services of the Kaluga region Konstantin Baranov in his letter to the MIEF CEO «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century» Andrey Epishov has informed about participation of the regional delegation and the innovative projects’ presentation in the field of energy, energy- and resource-saving at the Exhibition «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century» within the framework of the XII Moscow International Energy Forum (MIEF-2013).
