Deputy Governor of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District (Okrug Ugra) has confirmed by an official letter to the MIEF CEO Andrey Epishov the participation of the district delegation in the XII Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century» (MIEF-2014).
