Minister of housing and communal services of the Astrakhan Region Victor Yakovlev has informed by an his letter to the MIEF CEO Andrey Epishov about the inclusion into the Activity Plan participation of Astrakhan Region Delegation in the XII Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century» in 2014.
