Kirov Region Government’s Deputy Chairman Alexander Gorstkin has informed the MIEF Organizing Committee by an official letter that the Kirov region Government’s representatives will attend the XII Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century» (MIEF-2014).
