Chairman of the Committee for energy policy Konstantin Morozov on behalf of the Vladimir Region Acting Governor Svetlana Orlova sent an official letter to the Organizing Committee of the XII Moscow International Energy Forum В«Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI CenturyВ» in which it has been noted that MIEF-2014 participation of Vladimir Region is confirmed.
