Kaliningrad Government’s Deputy Chairman Alexander Rolbynov has confirmed the representatives’ participation of the Infrastructure Development’s Ministry of the Kaliningrad region in the events of the XII Moscow International Energy Forum and Exhibition «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century» by official letter to MIEF’s CEO Andrey Epishov.
