Sergey N. Katyrin on behalf of the chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, which is the organizer and partner of the Forum has sent to the Organizing Committee of MIEF-2013 the official greeting to participants, organizers and guests of the XI Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Fuel Complex in the XXI century».
President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation notes that the Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century» has always paid attention to the problems of the development of a competitive environment in the fuel and energy complex, rightly considering it an important prerequisite for the effective operation of the industry, to the maintaining its competitiveness in foreign markets.
Sergey N. Katyrin expresses the hope that the current XI Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century» will pay great attention to the problems of interaction between the state and business, will help to develop new interesting ideas, recommendations for the representatives of state authorities, aimed at improving the investment climate in the country, removal of bureaucratic barriers on the way of progress and innovations.
