The Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Russian Federation will participate in preparing and conducting the Forum “Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century”, and speak with the greeting to the address of its participants.
Representatives of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Rosprirodnadzor will participate in the free discussion, provided by the program of the XI Moscow International Energy Forum “Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century”, as well as in the discussion, adoption and subsequent implementation of the final documents.
Deputy Minister of natural resources and ecology of the Russian Federation Rinat Gizatulin, taking into account the main theme of the Forum “Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century”, aimed at the implementation of the strategic aspects of modernization of the oil and gas complex, in his letter to the address of the Organizing Committee of the MIEF-2013 announced the formal proposal of the Ministry to make the basic accent during the Forum at the hearing of experts and developers of innovative technologies in the Fuel and Energy Complex.

- Miletenko Nikolay Vasilevich - Deputy Director, Department of state policy and regulation in Geology and Subsoil use;
- Valuiskova Tamara Natfulovna - Head of the Department of oil and gas.
From Rosprirodnadzor:
- Petrov Viktor Borisovich - Deputy Head of the Department of geological supervision and protection of the subsoil;
- Osadchaya Natalia Vladimirovna - Deputy Head of the Supervision Department in the field of subsoil use of hydrocarbon raw materials and underground waters;
- Gardeners Nikolay Igorevich - Adviser of Supervision Department in the field of subsoil use of hydrocarbon raw materials and underground waters.
