Chairman of the Council of Federation of Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina I. Matvienko welcomes the participants of the Forum “Russian energy and fuel complex in the XXI century” (MIEF-2013).
Valentina I. Matvienko has expressed the confidence that the Forum “Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI century” from year to year confirms the reputation as the discussion centre, which accumulates the experience of the representatives of all significant for the Fuel and Energy Complex spheres of activity, receiving the final documents constituting the basis for the further improvement of the legislation of the Russian Federation. This is stated in the official letter of the Chairman of the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, which was sent to the MIEF Organizing Committee.
