On behalf of the Organizing Committee, the Program Committee and the Executive Directorate of the Moscow International Energy Forum "Russian Energy and Fuel Complex in the XXI century" (MIEF-2013), please accept my sincere congratulations with the holiday - Defender of the Fatherland Day!
We grew up with this holiday, were brought up on the best examples from the history of Russia. And at the present time 23th of February is the national holiday of courage and fortitude, strength of spirit and devotion to the Homeland, we are called upon to confirm the active and conscious participation in the construction of new Russia as a prosperous and respected country in the world.
