On the initial stage of the MIEF-2013 preparation, over ten constituent entities of the Russian Federation confirmed their participation in the events of the XI Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century»; so the declared themes of the Forum apparently may be called topical.
The Administrations of the Ivanovo Region, the Kursk Region and the Kostroma Region also included the participation of representatives of the industry-specific ministries and authorities in their event plants for 2013.
