Andrey Epishov, Director General of the Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century», released the address to the Forum participants and partners wherein he declared the first stage of the MIEF-2013 preparation open.
The address reads that the first open session of the Program Committee will be held in September: it will discuss the MIEF-2013 Program draft prepared by the MIEF Directorate analytical group. The draft is to be adopted by a collective decision of the Program Committee. The final adoption of the MIEF-2013 Program will take place in February 2013 at the joint session of the Program and Organizing Committees.
