On 22 March 2012, I. Sechin, Deputy Prime Minister of Russia, issued an instruction addressed to the Ministries of Energy, Industry and Trade, Economic Development, Transport; the Federal Antimonopoly Service and Federal Tariff Service; the Federal Agencies for Environment and Subsoil Management Supervision and the Federal Technical Supervision Agency. The document invited them to participate in the preparation and conduct of the MIEF-2012. By now, the Program of the MIEF International Conferences and Round Tables includes over 10 reports to be presented by representatives of the federal ministries and agencies on the level of deputies and department directors. S. Shmatko, Russian Minister of Energy, is going to join the plenary session of the forum.
