 On the 27th of March, another program «Dialog» was shown in «RBK» TV channel with the participation of speakers of the Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century». V. I. Danilov-Danilyan, the Director of the Institute of Water Problems of the Russian Academy of Sciences, A. P. Epishov, the Chief Analyst of MIEF and a presenter, Stepan Demura, discussed the topic «Restrictions of Economic Growth». The panelists noted that structure of the factors determining resource restrictions of the human development along with the raw material resource restrictions, restrictions conditioned by depletion of the institutional and intellectual resources of a modern development model also happen to be. The program participants noted that at the present stage of development the mankind has not reached such quality of the collective and civilization consciousness, which would fundamentally affect a paradigm shift in the world community development, its transfer to the sustainable development course. That is why, according to the program participants, cooperation of the leaders making strategic decisions and representatives of an expert community shall be developed more rapidly acquiring new formats and new meanings.
