On March, 23rd, 2012, as part of preparations for the Moscow International Energy Forum «Russian Fuel and Energy Complex in the XXI Century» there has been held a final joint session of the Organizing Committee, the Program Committee and the Forum Directorate.
The session was marked by reports made by the Program Committee members in charge of conducting the conference and the round tables within the frameworks of the forum. The information communicated by them was taken notice of. Forum program, format of the Plenary Discussion, Plenary Discussion entry list, co-chairmen and moderators of all the forum events were approved during the session. The members of the session discussed the proposal by the Program Committee and the analytical service of the Forum Directorate as to the outcome documents of MIEF-2012. The Declaration Project was taken as a basis. During the session the Forum Directorate held the presentation of the report on provision of organizational and technical facilities to the MIEF-2012 events.
The participants made note of high organizational level of the forum and coordinated the working plan for the upcoming two weeks prior to the opening ceremony.
